We’d like to thank you for supporting our effort to conserve trees used in printing your monthly bills by being part of this service. I RECEIVED PAPERLESS BILLING ENROLLMENT CONFIRMATION BUT UNTIL NOW I NEVER RECEIVED MY BILLS ON MY EMAIL ACCOUNT SINCE I ENROLLED LAST SEPTEMBER 24, 2014
