    What are the requirements if I'm planning to downgrade my 2 year plan 1799?

      My plan is 1799 with an iPhone 5. Are there any fees? How much?

          Simply call 211 (mobile) or (02) 7301000 (landline) or visit a Globe business office and tell them of your intentions to downgrade. You can downgrade the plan as long as you are outside of the lock-in period (free from what I know or if ever, a minimum administrative fee).

           

          If you downgrade you can still opt to avail of bill rebates for 24 months (and opt out anytime) but if could still foresee that you will keep the downgraded plan for another 24 months and would be willing to be locked-in for that period, then you may take advantage of a device which globe would offer to you. i usually take the bill rebate as a better option.
