Sorry to know this. Has this been resolved? If not, here's what you need to do:
- Go to www.globe.com.ph/iphone6
- Log in using the reference number generated, after completing the registration and the email registered.
- Click on Change Device to edit registration.
- Make the necessary changes in the registration and click on Continue to complete the request.
- To check the changes made in the registration, retrieve the registration again using the same reference number generated during the initial registration.
