    Re-contracting issues... always a problem with Globe :'(


      i've been a subscriber for a few years now, and pansin ko lang... palaging problematic ang Re-contracting phase sa Globe. now im on my way for the "Order Finalization" of my iPhone 6 Plus preorder. kamusta naman.. 101 pesos lang ang credit limit ko which is dapat 1100, therefore i can't even go to checkout/finalize my preorder. I called 4 times na sa support group and they just escalate my issue with the online group and the case is sa post-launch pa ako ma-process.. I love Globe pero every recontracting ko na lang palaging may issue, and nakakasawa na while yung new subscribers palaging priority. Anyone from the online team na pwede i explain kung bakit ganito?
