    pre-order problem


      hello. i was about to finalise my transaction on ordering iphone plus 6 when i was forced logout because being idle for a couple of minutes. on repeat the procedure of ordering a message popped up saying insufficient credit limit, but upon checking on the globe center service at sm, they told me that i have enough credit limit, can someone tell me what to do next. thank u

          Hi! Cancel your current pre-order transaction by logging in with your reference and email address. The cancel option will be enabled. After that, you have to register again. Your credit limit will be refreshed. It's what i did. Goodluck!
