    Wrong lock in period during iPhone 6 availment


      I availed online an iPhone 6 but during registration i noticed that my lock in period to be wrong and is being charged 12925 as reset fee (11mos). I called Globe Cust Rep on how to go about it and I confirmed that my lock in period is 15Dec2014 and not 10Oct2015. I still went thru with my application processing in the hope that since I have a strong case i will be able to refund. Can you advise me on how to process the refund if ever?
