I am unable to proceed with my iPhone 6 Plus application. I keep getting an error: Credit Limit Exceeded. I think it is because the posted CL on my profile is 301 ONLY. See attached file for reference.
I am an existing postpaid subscriber with Plan 1799. My understand is that my CL is 2500.
How can I proceed? I already contacted Customer Service several times and they are unable to help me with the issue.
