    Platinum subscribers for iPhone 6 launch


      I've pre-ordered my iPhone via the Platinum pre-order page last Friday (http://www.globe.com.ph/platinum/plans/iPhone6/order).  After filling it up, it gives a Reference number and a message that an agent will be calling us in 24 to 48 hours. It's already Tuesday and no one from Globe has reached to us. Heard that other subscribers are also no being called. I tried calling the Platinum hotline but they can only escalate. They cannot confirm if our orders were  taken or reserved for the launch. Anyone can help us out?
