    Mobile internet not working


      I'm back in the Philippines after many months, I have activated a Supersurf package, switched on the data connection and selected the correct access point; but still I never get a data connection. I did wonder if there was a poor connection where I am staying, but my partner can get a signal on her phone. She is also a Globe customer and we both use Nokia Lumia phones.


      I'm staying in Pateros, though I've also been in Ortigas, Makati and Silang - always the same, no connection.


      Is there something else that I need to activate to get the data connection active?
