I'm subscribed with the blackberry plan 499. Na water damage po sya so di ko na rin magamit yung phone. Past na ang warranty. Gusto ko lang po malaman kung pwede pa ang replacement or if I can request for other device still with the same subscription at kung may extra fees for that.
Hi! Phones damaged due to negligence of the end user is not covered by the warranty. In your case, damaged by water. Since your warranty has lapsed too, i am afraid you won't be getting any replacement. Have it for repair to any reliable repair shop at your own cost.
