Hello Globe Community! I need your help regarding pre-order online process for the Iphone6. I pre-ordered and already entered my credit card details for straight payment online. I also got a confirmation SMS from the credit card bank that payment has been processed. However, upon checking my status, it still says "Payment" and "Cancel Transaction". Does that mean that they did not receive the payment? I have not received an email for claim stub as well Please help.
Same here. But in my case. Didnt receive txt either from the bank. However im not enrolled with any texting whenever i purchase using my cc. Im not sure if what happened with mh transaction. Paid around 1pm. But still no update :( i dont know what to do
