    Unanswered Questions - What To Do?


      Apparently, no one from Globe can answer the question:


      If we already have successfully processed the order, how can we change the payment option from COD to Charge To Bill?


      I have seen a lot of inquiries regarding this but not a single Globe rep responded. If this is the case, can we just opt to send back the device which is to be delivered tomorrow? Or cancel the transaction? A lot here are getting frustrated about this. Can someone from Globe answer the question?
