Hi! For change of billing address it can be done in many ways:
1. Call 211
2. Twitter @talk2Globe
3. Contact Us Form in this community
4. Create an account at www.globe.com.ph. iI you already created one, log in using that account and on the right side, you will find account related options one of which is the change billing address. Just read and follow the instructions. If you do not have an account, create one and add the mobile number you want to change the address.
5. Download the app GServices available to iOS at App Store and Android at Play Store. Add your mobile number and verify it, then you can change from there.
