As a Globe Collaborate member, this kind of mediocrity should be stopped.
I am not expecting the new phone to be delivered today. Just last month I have availed of a new line for my mother. Somebody has contacted me before it was delivered in the morning of the mentioned delivery date. This was not the case.
The tracking platform is not working for my reference number. I am not shocked that the CSRs are clueless about this. (It is mentioned btw that this is wholly an online transaction).
However, here we go again with the "hit and miss" strategy of Globe.
I have sent the phone to be delivered in the office. I do not have the whole time to guess on which date it will be delivered.
The issue is that Globe promised certain delivery dates and they failed to keep their promise not just once but multiple times. Do you really think people will complain if they had been told to expect their unit in 2-3 weeks instead of 1-3 days? Maybe you did not have to experience the hassle of moving your schedule around, assigning authorized reps, faulty tracking systems and payments, etc? I say these people have the right to compain as long as within reason. It is not whining, it is asking for what has been promised to them.
