I ordered an iPhone 6 as part of my re-contracting. All the needed information has been provided and the transaction is processed purely by phone, and the unit is due to be delivered at my house tomorrow (November 15th). However, the problem is, I haven't received the email from the Globe team regarding my new contract as well as the authorization letter (in case I am not at home once the unit has been delivered). I was told by the rep to make sure to print and sign it and provide it to the courier but it has been more than 12 hours since I called but I haven't received that said email. My tracking number is: 576-512-03A. Can anyone help? Thanks!
