how will i know when my unit will be delivered? i logged on the globe website to track the delivery, the prompt says 'THE NUMBER IS INVALID'. I called the hotline, the CSR replied ip6/ip6+ transactions are purely online transactions, so they know nothing. I sent an email to help and support-NOTHING. i left an online message to a live chat agent who was NOT ON LIVE, nothing. Anybody here in Globe who can help? The tracking number is GTP38435603, it was supposed to be delivered on the 14th, it is 15th almost midnight and i still have no idea what will happen next.
