Noone can steal load from a post paid plan unless you believe in their text that you are entitled to a discount and followed their text and replied them? Proly you are a victim of these scam being rampant today. If you receive messages with 11 digit numbers saying you won or discounted or entitled for a refund IGNORE it.
I got this last morning:
Globe Postpaid Advisory:
Your account has been charged P300 monthly for LTE upgrade. If you did not make any request and want to cancel upgrade,
300<space>1212 send to 29061603877
(Ex. 300 1212 send to 29061603877)
Okay, so is there any way we can at least do to get the Load back? I think
those deserve a punishment. Or like maybe if we don't know that we are in
the process of sharing a load not knowingly, maybe Globe should make a
notification that says..YOU ARE ABOUT TO SHARE A LOAD. I thinks its best
that way. What do you think?

Yes i believe Globe has made a way to let the sharing be confirmed first. I just do not know why you have not received any confirmation before your plan is credited with the amount. Sorry to hear that. Globe addressed this issue i just do not know if it is actually in effect or is working. I am receiving those sms everyday and it is annoying already. Sa Globe lang ito ha.
You might want to call 211 to report this. They can advise you on what to do.
Screenchot the message and report po pala sa Twitter @talk2Globe
Yes we didn't received any notification that says we are about to share a
load. and yes it is a Globe number.
thank you for the Advice. I will do that.
