since you've already requested for roaming activation it means there is no problem with your sim or line.. now all you have to do is to do is > make sure airplane mode is not active > turn off first your device > then do manual selection of network or carrier if your device is android just go to settings > more networks > mobile networks > then network operator > then choose manual selection of net. > then select the roaming partners on your location and if your using an iphone device just go to settings > then carrier and manually select a network > and if still no signal try sim swapping and phone swapping ..
Please perform the following troubleshooting and do MANUAL NETWORK SELECTION.
- Turn off handset then turn it on.
- Turn off handset and remove battery then put back the battery and turn on handset.
- Try a different SIM card on the handset.
- Try the SIM card on different handset.
