    my globe pocket wifi cannot connect to the internet


      I have Globe mobile pocket wifi, just bought it last Sunday nov. 16. in the demo we change the username and password and advised me to activate it after 24 or 48 hours. then yesterday night Nov.17 i turned it on, connect my device but i cannot browse and surf, it says that i dont have internet connection. Can anyone help me with this?
