    Dear Globe. You were so prompt and insistent on making me pay for the cash out amount. But when it was time for you to deliver the device you suddenly became silent?

      We've had our complaints about your service before but we have stuck faithfully with you through the years.

      Please to deliver on your promises too.


      PS. we reserved the iphone 6 on Nov 10 and you said it would be delivered on Nov 14, so I skipped going to work to wait for your courier, wasted the whole day for nothing. Waited again the next day Nov 15 just in case it was a small delay, but no, another day wasted for nothing. You didn't even update me.
