FB is free, but are you sure that Apps on your phone didn't automatically connect to the internet while your phone's data in On?
Hello, Fellow Wonderful Creatures!
What HAPPENED? Maybe the Data Charges were charged not because you accessed Free FB but because you browsed other sites or one of your App used Data over the Network.

thank you for your reply sir..i can assure that i just only used free Fb of globe. i do have games, yes but it doesn't require any internet connection
For Android, are you aware of Background Process? Some apps once installed in your phone can connect to the internet once data is turned on without you knowing it. That is why before you install an app, there is the permission that you should read. Games mostly are the culprit for these charges because of the prevalent ads included in the app itself. So while playing then bigla may ads, naka connect na sa net ung game app. Not to mention that android has to connect to the internet for system upgrade. Kaya kahit hindi mo inoppen ung app, it runs in the background secretly connecting to the internet. Android also has the feature of sending usage online anonymously pag naka auto set.
Unlike iOS, manual configuration under Cellular Data is available so you can turn off an app from connecting to the internet. You cannot do this in android for each app. Background process lang.
