    3 months unpaid wimax

      Hello,
      My wimax connection has not been paid for 3 months since I was away on a vacation overseas.
      Pagbalik ko nadisconnect na ung wimax?
      May babayaran pa po ba akong termination fee kasi disconnected na po.
      At kailangan pa ba ibalik ung wimax unit sa Globe?

          Try to call 211 or 02 730-1000 to validate the status of your account. baka kasi naka temporary disconnect lang yan kasi 3 months palang na hindi na bayaran..

           

          if in case na terminated na kasi yan at within contract, you will be charged of Pre-termination fee and you need to surrender the modem. in some cases, may puputa sa location for the modem pull-out with work order form.. if hindi kasi na surrender ang modem magkakaroon pa ng modem charges... anyway.. tawag ka muna sa Globe to validate the status of your account..
