          If it's newly activated postpaid line, you have to wait I think within 24hrs. If still not activated you need to call account specialist for postpaid thats 211 for globe mobile phone or 02-730 1000 for globe landline. If you are existing postpaid subscriber already, follow this basic trouble shooting step, turn off and turn on your phone. If still not working, call the the above hotline numbers and report the problem.
