    Billing Complaint


      Can I go to any Globe store to ask any billing concerns? This is my experience....... October 14, 2014 nagpainstall kame ng Tattoo Homebrodband Plan 1099 with FREE kuno na Wireless router and phone. Then, I was shocked when I open may email October 20, 2014, Globe email me a bill worth 1638. Grabe, naloka ako wala pang 1 week na nakainstall yung broadband may bill na ako worth 1638. And I was about to go to Globe Store to ask that. But next day, Globe email me again another bill worth 1 Php with a letter from their CEO Ernest Cu about the anti shock bill. So hindi ko na pinansin yung unang bill kasi baka nagkamali lang ang system nila.  Then, November 20, I'm really expecting that globe will email me our 1st month bill. And that's it dumating na nga worth 1976...... and their computation comes like this.

      1638 (first bill) - 1200(cash out namin) = 438

      1532 (oct. 17 - nov. 16 bill)  + 438(remaining balance) =  1976


      So sa 1 month na gumamit kame ng services nila it cost us 3170


      Help naman guys. Pwede ko bang ilapit sa mga Globe Stores itong billing problem ko or tatawag na lang ako sa hotline nila. whats the best thing to do.  Thanks for the help
