      Good Day! Last Saturday, my plan was disconnected by Globe kasi hindi pa ako nakakapagbayad sa balance ko tapos nag overdue na. Kanina around 12nn (Sunday), binayaran ko na yung balance ko pero hanggang ngayon hindi pa rin bumabalik yung plan ko. Mag te-three hours na pero wala pa rin. I can't send any SMS and call someone cause it's still disconnected. Can you help me how to deal with this problem. Thanks

          Redirection is lifted 24 hours from the payment of dues. If you want you can call 211 and follow the prompt for reconnection. Be reminded that speaking to an agent for lifting will cost you 100 to be charged on your bill. 


          For your own convenience, register an account at account.globe.com.ph. You can reconnect your line from the portal.  You have to wait for 24 hours though.
