      I encountered interruptions on my postpaid phone for the 3rd times, first, second and 3rd times same problems, as of yeterday night 11-22-14 my phone was totally dead. Is there any other solutions to solve this problem, so that I might not experience again in the future. I signed up for 2 year contract. Next year month of February gonna be one year. When I got this phone Myphone iceberg, I paid 7 months worth in advance.I reaaly like it, the phone itself, but when suddenly turn off or frozed for one day and one night it is really annoying, especially when you are expecting an important call from your family who live far....Please do something on my phone before experiencing again in the future.
