I earlier cancelled my pre-order because I was too disappointed at how Globe handled their iPhone6 launch: delayed deliveries, no means of tracking the device, limited knowledge of the CSRs, etc.
Now that my interest on having a new phone is back, I went to a GBC in Alabang to inquire about the availability of the iPhones. I was told that "Globe is no longer providing iPhone 6 & 6+ 64GB units to its subscribers." They then instructed me to just order a 16GB unit instead.
Has Globe issued any statement/internal memo/official announcement regarding this issue that its customers are not aware of?
