You may check their Globe Menu and see if there is an instruction on internet settings. Not sure though. =)
You just need to turn on the cellular data and enable LTE, then tap cellular data network then if your line is a postpaid kindly input at the APN:internet.globe.com.ph and if your are a prepaid input http.globe.com.ph at the APN, no need to fill up the username and password.
