    Metrobank online payment


      Im not sure if anyone have tried this before, but if there is kindly enlighten me.

      I have a debit ATM account with metrobank and i tried to pay my globe postpaid bill using Metrobank online website. (Welcome to Metrobankdirect)

      On the metrobankdirect website it gave me a financial statement that the payment has been processed successfully and the amount has already been deducted from my account.

      I checked on my globe account online and it still says I have the balance.

      Is there a refresh day for transactions like these? Its been 24 hours since the transaction.

          It could take more than 24 hours for the posting of payment. But since it is a bank, usually it takes 3 banking days. 

          Call the hotline 211 to report your payment or create an account at account.globe.com.ph so you can control your account and check your usage too.
