    I have spoken with one of the CSR's to inquire about the loyalty plan of my current plan. I'm on plan 1799 unlisurf and on 25th month. I'd like to retain my plan of unlimited internet instead of 5GB surf plan.

      I have spoken with one of the CSR's to inquire about the loyalty plan of my current plan. I'm on plan 1799 unlisurf and on 25th month. I'd like to retain my plan of unlimited internet instead of 5GB surf plan. So I asked the CSR about the amount of rebate and a free phone if I recontract my current plan. I am very disappointed to know that there are "NO" rebates or free handset if I opt to continue my plan. Isn't it more important to retain those current customers than to attract new ones? I believe the term "LOYALTY" here intends for long term relationship with customers. I am looking forward to amicable solution/remedy on my complaint.
