    Globe is Unbelievable!

      Dear Globe,

       

      Who told you to CANCEL my postpaid application?!?

       

      I waited for almost a week now for the approval of my application then it appeared CANCELLED? Kung hindi pa ako tatawag sa hotline hindi ko pa malalaman. After a long tiring day ito pa ang sasalubong sa akin? Are we having a problem here, Globe? Anybody please answer my question.

          Were you able to ask the reason why it was cancelled? May i ask what order is that?

              Hi fervish,

               

              I am applying for Plan 1799 iPhone 6. I even told Globe that if it'll only take forever to wait for that in-demand iPhone 6, then I would settle to iPhone 5s. But the CSR insisted that I should get iPhone 6 because they have available units on hand. Then this happened. Ang galing talaga ng CSRs!

                  Thanks for the immediate feedback.

                   

                  As per hotline account specialist, they will call me again for further verification. Since I am not satisfied, I went straight to Globe Business Center SM Gensan to ask what went wrong with my application. As per CSR, Globe was calling the landline number in our office (where I am working) but 'the phone just kept on ringing and nobody is answering'. Does Globe automatically cancels postpaid applications for unanswered calls? Kindly enlighten me on this.

                      Globe will try in every way it can to verify your information submitted in your application. Globe has verification process and from my previous applications, they will call your employer once. But when no one is answering the phone you entered for three different times, the application is deemed cancelled for failure of the agent to reach and verify your information. They have the right to do that. It is their process.

                       

                      What i suggest is call the hotline again to reinstate your application if it is allowed and i believe it is, make an appointment as to when - exact day and time they should call your employer, leave the name of the one in charged in your payroll as they will ask your employment status and salary. Make an arrangement with your office that you are expecting a verification from Globe.
