    Device no estimates for availability


      Hello, I've applied for a new line last Oct. 24, it has recently been approved according to the account specialist. However, the device still has no estimated time of arrival as they said they have no device yet. Why is this? Are we assumed to wait another month for the device to be available?


      I've already called lots of times last week and to follow up on the availability or estimates on when the device would be available. Are they not ordering devices yet? Because if they are they should be able to provide some estimates. Will paying my device already speed up the process? Calling the hotline is of no help and they are just very apologetic. Very disappointing since my application has been approved only after one month and lots of following up.
