    Adding Postpaid Number through Online Account and LTE issues


      Hi, i've had issues adding my number on my online account it gives me this message


      "We cannot find the account you are trying to enroll. Please check your entry and try again."


      i tripple checked and even sent myself a text message to verify my number, after a few days i checked again and i am still having the same issues,


      i want a convenient way to check my bills and apparently your system is flawed.



      Also on another note,

      Do i have to call to activate my LTE?

      you guys provided me with the blue microsim with the "4G LTE", i'm located in the cebu business park and nowhere i get LTE on my Galaxy S4, and i had the LTE/WCMDA set in the network settings of my device
