Maybe your mobile number isn't fully activated yet in their system. Wait for few more days and try again.
- Once you have the LTE sim, you dont have to call Globe to activate your LTE connection
- Ensure that your location has LTE coverage
@deathnotice01, i think the online system is still under construction same experience when i tried to enrol my other account
For LTE you need to check with @talk2globe if your account or sim LTE is enabled or activated the sim i think is LTE ready only but still need to ask Globe to activate the LTE on it.
I'm also experiencing the same problem. Can't register my new number. They have a note that says:

And for the LTE Activation. yes you still have to activate LTE on your sim even it is the LTE Enabled Sim. you can do it via hotline 211. I asked them through their chat: chat.globe.com.ph
I just asked for its activation today and the agent says it will take about 24-48 hours. I'll let you know how long it will take.
