I requested a change of combos online, the day after my cutoff the CS rep told me that it is already updated. The thing is my dashboard still reflects my old (original) combos and I can't track my usage.
Nothing... The CS of the hotline would have an updated information rather than the dashboard.
In Globe, there is no better way than to have a live and documented evidence of what transpires in case of any dispute (and my reason for going against the undocumented receipt of paperless billing rather over a recipient-signed paper bill). I just hope that you were able to list the time and date you were able to talk to the CSR.
