      hi there,its been a week but my sim is not been activated unit now? what happened to globe? they told me that its only supposed to be a one day or two?but its been a week ,im tired of waiting i tried to call 211 and i also tried to go to globe center, but yet they told me to just wait for a day or two,

          Mas mabuti po pumunta ulit kau sa Globe store. Ask for SIM replacement na lang.

            Hi markchristian, the standard turn around time for the activation of a new simcard is just one day, but if your old simcard lost it signal when you request for activation, you must check your new simcard if the services was already transfer to it. Call the hotline to check your request, if your old simcard was still working this day, meaning that your request for simcard activation was still not process or on pending that you need to request for escalation...
