I just want to vent out my distress as direct result of Globe's inferior customer service. Just a minute ago, a rep transferred me abruptly to a different department without my permission. She didn't even bother ask questions to better understand what matters to me. I don't deserve to be treated like this given that I pay exuberant amount for my services. I think that Globe should look into improving their front liners through appropriate CS training. It is just vexing when we complain, given a band-aid solution and at times promises are not kept. I hope somebody from Globe is able to read this. Nothing has been done ever since the world began. Tsss.
