    My Application Takes Forever.


      Hi Globe Team,


      My postpaid application was cancelled (by Globe) due to "unanswered-calls" in our office. What an excuse! As per office in-charge none from Globe called our office for verification. I called the hotline to ask what went wrong but the account specialist just kept apologizing on the incident but cannot give me an exact detail. She advised to wait for a call within 48 hours but as per my employer as of today nobody called from Globe. It's been a month since my postpaid application but nothing happened. What's your new excuse now, Globe?
