      Bakit po hindi pa nadating ung statement of account ko..anung petsa na e.. due date ko na kahapon wala pa din.. nabayaran nang lahat wala pa rin? Panu ko malalaman kung tama ba ung mga nabayaran ko?.. bakit ba ang tagal dumating? Pls reply po

          There are many ways to check your account balance:
          1. By dialling *143#
          2. Downloading the GServices app on Play Store for Android and App Store for iOS then enroll your mobile number
          3. Calling 211
          4. Creating an account at account.globe.com.ph. Enroll your mobile number and verify it. Once verified, you can fully use the self-service options at the menu. Dashboard, Plan Usage Meter and Bill Statement are neat and very easy to access. Please take advantage of these features.

            Hi!! if you will be requesting to have your bill resend much better to call the HL Contact Us and or you may also log in or sign up to GLOBE and register your concern number for more details Self-Service ..

              If you subscribe to paperless billing, usually billing statement is sent to your registered email within 2-3 days after the cut of date. If via a courier it will take 3-4 days after the billing period but sometimes it takes longer depending the courier. So it would be advisable to just sign up to paperless billing and signing up at My Account GLOBE so you can check your account online.
