    super delayed delivery....super annoying......!!!!!


      I have contacted your customer service last November 28th to recontract, it was confirmed that the handset was available at that time and we agreed to have the new device sent to Megamall store for pick up and I was given a date of December 5th which is longer than 3 b.d. But until now, December 8th, I still haven't received any word from Globe store at Megamall and I have follow up about this issue 4 times now and I still haven't received any word after I follow up either...It is getting frustrating and annoying...And going to the store  without so much of a confirmation to check the handset is even more inconvenient for me because of the long wait at the store and the time that I have to take off from work...when am i going to get my phone...???????
