    How do I get an update regarding my application?


      I've been trying all the alternatives to reach Globe, yet they can't give me an update with my plan. All they say is that they're gonna contact me but still no feedback from them ever since I signed up. I tried their hotlines, twitter, live chat, e-mail. I'm lucky if I get a reply, but most of the time none. I'm really feeling like I'm waiting for nothing. My whole family has a line with Globe, except me, so I don't think billing is the problem. I signed up last Nov. 16, 2014 and I haven't heard from Globe ever since. I was the one who had to contact them. If I don't, Globe wouldn't care to update me. This is really pissing me off. I've never experienced this in my current network provider.
