    Sim Card not yet activated


      I got an additional plan (Plan 999 Huawei P7) last December 3, 2014. Until now, di pa activated yung sim card ko.

      Does Globe wait for the remittance of my advance payment from the courier (Air 21) to activate my line?

      Or may problema na yung sim ko?

      I already reported this since December 4 pa pero wala din masabing matinong sagot yung GT Cust Srvc..

      I just hope na hindi umaandar ang metro ng account ko since wala pa namang Globe Number na nakaassign sa akin..

          Supposedly, dapat within 24-48 hours activated na yang sim mo. Have you tried to restart your phone or try the sim on another phone to check if it will get any signal? If both of your answer is yes, you need to call the hotline to have them activate your account, kung di nila magawan ng paraan yan visit the nearest Globe Store to assist you to have your account activated.
