    Not yet KYCed but already received an email.


      I'm having a problem using my Globe Amex. When I access my account online, it says that I have yet to undergo KYC process. The next day, I visited the nearest Globe Outlet to get KYCed. They told me I was already done with that (but I still undergo the process of KYC). Even my receipt after I cash in says that I am already validated.  I was wondering how to get this thing fixed. I need to use my Globe Amex as soon as possible.
