      Hey Globe Telecom, Please bigyan mo ko ng pansin, kasi yung Wimax namin eh hindi na nag co'connect. On time naman po kami nakaka bayad ng bills. Tingin ko eh sira yung modem namin kasi reboot xa ng reboot at hindi ko rin ma access ang GUI. Pwedi nyo bang palitan ang modem ko or any solution  to offer.
