Your questions (Assuming that you are at least 18 years old, the minimum age to apply for a postpaid plan under normal circumstances):
1. It might be a good idea to have your father issue an affidavit that you and him are residing in the same place and therefor have the same address.
2. Globe would asses your TOTAL assets in order to see if you can afford the plan you are applying for over the period that your plan requires and therefore IF their credit investigators would do their homework, they SHOULD check your combined bank accounts.
3. The credit card could be used as a proof of identity according to Postpaid Plan Application Requirements | Postpaid | Globe Telecom but more than that, it could give Globe an idea of your financial capability to sustain the plan you are applying for and if you have a credit card, then the credit card company would send you billing statements which could serve as proof of billing which could solve your first query.
