I have spent 3 days for this exact same issue.
I have made more than 10 calls to their hotline, and I have visited GBCs in SM Megamall, Robinson's Galleria, SM Makati, Glorietta, Greenbelt, Mall of Asia, SM Sucat, SM BF, and SM Southmall.
I just wasted my time. A Globe representative from their Globe Telecom account on Facebook told me they still offer it, and the GBC at SM Megamall still has a P7 on display, but everything is just for show.
Someone from the SM Makati branch told me that they have already stopped offering it for a month now.
If they told me that it's not available in the first place, I would not have gone to all those GBCs.
