    HELP!! Pocket Wifi Pre-paid profile issue





      Please help. I already did basic troubleshooting with this pocket wifi. Context: huawei E5220, globe pre-paid sim card.



      1. Already disconnected and rebooted several times.

      2. Already reset configurations several times.

      3. APN set at http.globe.com.ph.

      4. Battery fully charged, 3G and WLAN on.



      Why is there still a connection issue?

      Connection failed. The profile is invalid. Please contact your service provider.



      Globe, I haven't been successful at all and I had already been trying to fix this for the last 3 days!!
