    down grade plan... help me pls.

      Mag kano po ung babayaran ko kapag nag down grade ako ng plan from 1799 to 999 ang laki kasi ng xtra charge ko sarap e hinto ung plan.... nag abot ng 5k..

       

       

      Pati wala po bang LTE area d2 sa calamba laguna kasi laging mahina ang net ko pero ang laki ng binayaran dahil sa over used daw ang net ko ang sinasabi lng kasi sakin sa globe tel. Office dipende daw sa area mag titiis nalang po ba ako sa turtle net ng globe?....

       

       

       

      Ung nag punta ako ng SM Calamba mag papalit sana ako ng combos sabi sakin tumawag nlng daw ako sa 211 bakit ganun e nsa office na nila ako?

          There are many ways to check your account balance:
          1. By dialling *143#. Follow and select the appropriate choice.

          2. Downloading the GServices app on Play Store for Android and App Store for iOS. Enroll your mobile number and verify it. Once verified you can view your account balance and the due date.

          3. Calling 211 and following the voice prompt for checking account balance.

          4. Creating an account at account.globe.com.ph. Enroll your mobile number and verify it. Once verified, you can fully use the self-service options at the menu. 

          Dashboard - An overview/summary of your account.

          Plan Usage Meter - Tracker of your account balance, data usage, sms and call minutes tracker

          Bill Statement - PDF file of your account statements for the one year duration which you can easily view or download for your perusal. You can even print directly when you need a hard or printed copy.

          Change my plan - an option to change your combos. Changes should be made 5 after the cut off date and 5 days before cut off date. If your cut off is every 17th, you can changr it on 25th-11th of the next month. The change will take effect on the next billing cycle that is on the 18th.

            Tawag po kau sa 211 or 027301300 para malaman kung magkano downgrading nyo. Kung hindi pa tapos ang kontrata nyo expect po na mataas or malaki babayaran nyo kasi may penalties or pre-termination fees.

                yung gagawin mo kase change of plan, kailangan icompute ang termination fee, recontracting process kapag nag downgrade ka at within contract ka. kung di ka nila naasikaso sa store kase may department na naka assign dun, thru hotline, 02-7301300 piliin momung retentions options, sila din ang nag downgrade ng mga plans

                  Hi rainbryn,  eto yung paraan ng computation nila pag nasa lock up pa yung contract mo.

                  Handset Base Price - Cashout, divided by lock up period, then times remaining months in contract, then plus P550 for admin fee

                    Ung net kpo bakit minsan nawawla? Sabi kasi sakin depende raw sa area? Mag titiis nlng po ba ako? Ah ok po need ko pdin pala 2mawag sa 211 pra mag downgrade
