    help my gcash transfer activation




      hello everyone!

      i have just activated my new postpaid for gcash but unfortunately i can't still process funds transfer transaction since i haven't  undergone the KYC process for the new one so i made a visit at  globe store for the process but they told me that my line already had the KYC process.

      my old postpaid number already made the KYC process maybe my newly requested postpaid had some technical problem in line with it since the previous # connected with it had already the KYC process. please help me out troubleshooting this kind of problem. i really need to use the gcash facilities as soon as possible.
