    What to do if my globe pocket wifi cannot connect to the internet (postpaid)?


      I have experienced constant trouble with my connection thats why I tried to reset my pocket wifi. Didn't know itd be of a terrible harm, but i press the reset button for like 5x. Then after, whenever I turn on my wifi, it keeps on restarting. After few weeks, it no longer restarts by itself and i can actually connect to the device. But the big problem is that, IT DOESN'T SUPPLY internet anymore. This is a POSTPAID subscription.. and its still on. Please please, heeeeeeeeeelp.
