    Difficulty in Recontracting with Globe


      I am about to renew the contracts of my two accounts with Globe, and subsequently went to a Globe store in Tuguegarao City. Its personnel advised me to make use of its in-store hotline and/or my phone care of talk2Globe so as to process my concern. It was Wednesday, yet until now all my efforts were fruitless. Globe's hotline's always busy and no one's there on the line to address my concern. I've been repeatedly visiting Globe store and calling Globe hotline since then, but to no avail. I think Globe's after-sales services are furiously frustrating.
